20” x 24” Mixed-media acrylic abstract painting on stretched canvas. When I started this painting It kept presenting to me eight circles at a time. The number eight came first before the circles. I was noticing that I had painted three different color moons in the back. I intuitively new that these circles represented the phases of the moon. In between the circles are round painted wood pieces that have mystical script on them that intuitively come to me at times when I paint. I also added a little bit of bling to bring out its flare. As you sit back and gaze at this cool blue painting of Moons of Eight may your eyes capture the mystical story it represents.
