36” x 48” Acrylic abstract painting on stretched canvas. I had started this painting in black and my intuition was guiding me to create letters and numbers. As I was placing numbers and letters all over the place it was depicting itself as a black chalkboard like I had when I was a little girl in school. I was not liking what was going on but I had to keep going further in my painting because I knew it would mean something even if it changes a new direction. I started to place acrylic glitter in the corner of the painting and I still was not happy but I decided to place that glitter all over the canvas like a crazy woman. I then obviously started placing major swirls, circles and numbers all over it. Then I realized what I was producing. I was releasing my inner child. As you engage into the meaning of this painting may the inner child in you rise above and come out and play!
