30” x 40” Acrylic painting on stretched canvas. I call her Brigid. Brigid came to me right after my spiritual awakening. I remember taking the under paint and just placing it with my hands in a swirling motion. After I had let the paint dry i started to see the face, the hair, the ram, the heart, and the yin and yang symbol. I immediately started drawing this out with chalk. I was becoming an intuitive painter and did not even realize it yet. I was listening to Celtic music at the time. The voice in my head stated to look up a Celtic goddess, so I did. I ran into Brigid the flamed haired goddess. I realized her hair was so beautiful and flowing like Brigid. She is the goddess of healing and she did have a ram. I in turn realize that I was connecting back to my Aries and trying to be healed. Feel the positive energy and love that Brigid can bring to any space in your home!
